Before we get started

Is there a minimum contract term?

No. You pay monthly and can cancel at any time.

What happens to the website if I cancel?

You have two options: buy the website outright and keep it, or cancel and the website stays live until the end of the paid period, then goes offline. Your domain remains yours either way.

Who owns the domain?

You do. You buy it, and we help with the DNS settings to connect the website. You keep it whatever you decide about the subscription.

Can I buy the website outright?

Yes. While your subscription is active, we retain ownership of the website’s code. If you purchase the website, ownership of the website and its code transfers to you. The longer you subscribe, the lower the purchase price. Contact us on WhatsApp for a quote.

How quickly can you launch my website?

The standard turnaround is a few business days. 24-hour delivery may be available for urgent projects. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need and we will confirm whether it is possible.

What do I need to prepare before we start?

For social media: access to your accounts (or we create them), plus details and materials about your product. For a website: the basic content (text, images, logo, if you have one) and an example of a website you like.

What do the Lighthouse scores on the portfolio websites mean?

Google Lighthouse is a public Google tool that audits a website and scores it from 0 to 100 on performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO. We test on mobile. These are technical audit scores: they do not measure Google rankings, traffic or sales.
